Start with identity documents
Use the same full name, nationality, passport number and date of birth across every form. Your passport should have the validity requested for the journey and clear pages. Ask what is required for minors, non-resident citizens or travelers holding more than one passport.
Use a staged booking timeline
First request the route, operating assumptions and document list. Next submit readable copies through the operator's stated secure channel. Pay only against a written quotation showing inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms and what happens if an approval or transport service is delayed.
Keep a departure file
Carry printed and digital copies of passport details, insurance, emergency contacts, prescriptions, payment receipts and the confirmed itinerary. NTP will advise which originals must travel with you and which documents remain with the handling team.
