A reliable Nepal trip begins with a written plan that connects your interests, pace, arrival times, transport, accommodation and budget. Use this checklist before committing to a package.
Define the trip
List travel dates, arrival and departure flights, group size, ages, mobility or dietary needs, room preferences and priority experiences. Ask for a day-by-day itinerary that separates travel time from activity time.
Verify the commercial details
The quote should name the legal operator, currency, taxes, hotel basis, vehicle, meals, guide service, permits, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule. Read cancellation, refund, force-majeure and complaint terms before paying.
Prepare for departure
Recheck official entry rules, passport validity, insurance, prescriptions, packing and emergency contacts. Keep copies offline. Confirm the final pickup point and a Nepal contact number shortly before travel.
Decision checklist
- Itinerary matches real flight times.
- Hotels and room basis are named or clearly categorized.
- Documents and insurance are confirmed.
- Receipt, final contact and contingency plan are saved.
Turn your shortlist into a written quote
Compare the daily itinerary and accommodation basis before comparing totals. Ask for a cost breakdown covering transport, rooms, meals, permits, guiding and optional extras, with exclusions shown separately.
- Tell us your preferred month, group size, walking experience and room preference.
- Ask which seasonal conditions could change the route, journey time or accommodation choice.
- Confirm supplier holds and their expiry before accepting. A published departure date is not a reserved room or seat.
- Read the deposit, balance deadline and cancellation terms before paying. Allow time for supplier and permit checks; the team will confirm the booking timeline for your route.
